Photo Contest!

The photo contest has ended. Congratulations to each of the winners and a big thank you to those that contributed such wonderful pictures. Thanks also to the businesses that provided all of the excellent prizes.

Lake Monticello is such a beatiful area to live and your pictures certainly reflect that. Please keep taking them and be ready for our next contest!

Official rules, Instructions, and Prizes:

The contest starts on December 9, 2010. The deadline for submission of entries is January 31, 2011. Please send your photos to Century 21 Monticello Properties at photocontest@lakemonticellohomes.com.

All entrants will receive a $5 gift certificate from Fluvanna Hardware and a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on your property. All entries will be posted on the Century 21 Monticello Properties Facebook page and LakeMonticelloHomes.com.

The winners will receive $100 cash, gift certificates, an attraction coupon book valued at $3,650, or 1% off sales commision of the listing price of your property if you decide to list your home within the next 5 years. Winning photos will also be displayed in the Century 21 office, published in a Century 21 visual tour of Lake Monticello, and published in Century 21 Monticello Properties ads.

Rules: You must submit a photo that you have taken in the Lake Monticello area. It should be a color photo. No photographs taken with camera phones, please. Maximum of five photographs per person.

Century 21 Monticello Properties shall have the exclusive right to reproduce any entry photo in its advertising and promotional materials.
